Conscious shopping is encouraged! However, If you are not sure about your order, you have 7-day window to return it, except rings, earrings or any customized items including engraving pieces.
If you like to exchange to something else, you also have 7-day window to do it, plus price differences and all local or international shipping costs.
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, scratched, damaged, or are missing their original packaging. Additionally, we do not cover return shipping costs and are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Step 1: Email us at hi@joulax.com. We will provide you more information for your specific case.
- Step 2: Send the items to the address provided in the return instructions if it is accepted by us.
- Step 3: Notify us via email with the return tracking number. The shipping date must be within the 7-day return window.
Upon receiving and examining your return, we will email you a confirmation and approval. We will then process your refund to your credit card or original payment method within 30 business days depends on your bank or card policies.
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any items are defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to address the problem promptly. We are happy to repair or offer replacement for items due to manufacturing defeats, if you are happy to cover all the shipping cost. We regret that we cannot issue refunds for issues reported after 7 days.
